Marketing Collateral Approval

Marketing uploads the finished flyer, press release, or other material and links it to the original marketing request. The requestor verifies factual and event details first, then the assigned communications subcommittee lead approves content, brand and formatting, and finally the President or 1st Vice President gives executive approval (one is sufficient) before it is ready to publish.
